Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
